What is a Magnulator ? Magnulator is the opto-isolated version of the Manolator256 interface. Magnulator is developed by magnus Bergroth that was affraid to burn is parallel port or even is entire computer.
	Magnulator follows the same philosophy of making a simple and reduced interface. I hope he can send us a guide to know how to put so much things inside a parallel connector.

They are two versions of MAGNULATOR interfce: the NON UART version, has the opto-isolation addon and the same pic 16F88 code for the non xtal MANOLATOR version. The UART version, also opto-isolated, is an optimezed code version. He has changed the code to read the parallel port at double speed. It is needed to use the interface with DMXControl software and usefull for the other programs too. Also the system used to send the dmx data is changed by making use of the included UART of the pic 16F88. That is the reason of the change between two lines of the pic. Using this code in MANOLATOR NO XTAL INTERFACE. You can also use Magnus new code into your “old” Manolator interface by modifying the two lines of the pic that you see here. RA0 (pin 17) <- >RB5 (pin 11) CoMMING SOON... i EXPLAINED TO Magnus an idea that I got to modify the MANOLATOR interface to recieve MIDI thanks to the UART and send DMX like it is dome now (without using the UART), but I don’t really know how the UART works so...
